Our LTP Caregivers Ministry is a faith based support group specifically designed to provide spiritual guidance and encouragement for those caring for dementia or chronically ill loved ones. Together we will work to overcome feelings of isolation, despair, and uncertainties through the power of God's love and grace. This ministry meets at 10:00 a.m. the 2nd Tuesday of every month in the Koinonia Kafe.
